Mechanical characteristics:

1. The product is controlled by a microcomputer, driven by hydraulic pressure, with Chinese subtitles display and human-machine dialogue operation. It can be operated manually or semi automatically, and the mobile tripod switch has two possibilities: start and emergency stop.

2. Dual station configuration, capable of shrinking twice at the same time, and using linear guides as carriers to ensure wear free operation and good repeatability of output.

Processing shapes: convex, concave, segmental, long, square, extended, oblique, V-shaped, open elbow, flat elbow ... etc., change the shape of the mold according to the processed object.

The distance between the two machine heads can be adjusted according to the length of the processed pipe; (Only applicable to double ended pipe end forming machine)

Single clamping or double clamping can be selected based on the length of the pipe

Imported hydraulic valve (Japan Oil Research Institute) is used.
