1. Body of the pipe bending machine: The body is constructed using a welded channel steel spindle structure, with the upper and lower bearing support plates of the spindle housed within the structure using 15mm thick steel plates.
2. System part: Both civilian accessories and aircraft hydraulic accessories can be used for the hydraulic system.
3. Transmission part: The transmission part consists of an oil cylinder, a rack, gears, and a transmission shaft.
4. Mould part: The mould part is an auxiliary tool manufactured according to different diameters of the forming surface, made of bearing steel or roll steel, and heat-treated to HRC48~52.
5. Clamping part: The hydraulic clamping part consists of a sliding plate, a rocker arm, and a hydraulic cylinder. The extension and retraction of the cylinder drives the movement of the rocker arm.
6. Electrical components.
Each start and operation of the electric welding machine consumes a significant amount of power, causing voltage instability in the CNC pipe bending machine and potentially leading to inaccuracies in the servo drive system and damage to the electrical components of the CNC pipe bending machine. During normal bending operations of the CNC pipe bending machine, attention should be paid to the use of lubricating oil to prevent long-term dry wear of the equipment. Ensure the servo drive system is clean and tidy. When replacing bent pipes or changing the bending shape, care should be taken to prevent mechanical interference. In manual mode, debug each point to ensure there is no interference. Only after fully understanding the CNC pipe bending machine should programming operations be carried out according to actual needs. After stopping the machine, the power should be immediately turned off to reduce losses.
