Each fully automatic pipe bending machine should undergo a full-load test, bending pipe fittings twice (with a twisting angle of 180°) according to its maximum rolling torque.
During the full-load experiment, the operation of the fully automatic pipe bending machine should be stable, reliable, and comply with relevant regulations.
When conducting type testing on new or updated products, an overload test should be performed. The overload test involves bending pipe fittings three times (with a bending angle of 180°) using a fully automatic pipe bending machine at 110% of the maximum rolling torque. For products manufactured in batches, random inspection is allowed, with 10% of each batch being inspected, but not less than one unit.
