They are primarily used for pipeline laying and construction in power construction, highway and railway construction, boilers, bridges, ships, furniture, decoration, and other fields. They have the advantages of multiple functions, reasonable structure, and simple operation.
There are many types of pipe bending machines. According to the bending form, they can be divided into press bending, roll bending, wrap bending, and kneading bending; according to whether heating is applied during bending, they can be divided into pick bending and hot bending; according to the transmission mode, they can be divided into mechanical transmission and hydraulic transmission.
Pipe bending machines pose certain risks when in use, so I would like to remind everyone to pay attention to safety. Today, I will share with you the issues that need to be noted when operating a pipe bending machine.
When the machine tool is in operation, be careful not to enter the range swept by the rotating arm. During machine tool operation, all personnel are prohibited from entering the space swept by the rotating arm and pipe fittings. The hydraulic system of the machine tool uses YA-N32 general hydraulic oil, which should be replaced once a year under normal circumstances. The oil filter must also be cleaned simultaneously. When adjusting the mold, the adjuster should press the button to make adjustments themselves. It is absolutely forbidden for one person to adjust on the machine tool while another person operates on the control cabinet. When adjusting the machine tool or running it without a workpiece, the core rod should be removed. During operation of the hydraulic system, attention should also be paid to the pressure level.
In manual operation, the side-pushing propulsion speed must not exceed the linear speed of the rotating mold edge. After regular use, the tension of the chains should be checked to ensure that the upper and lower chains are evenly tightened. During automatic operation in the core bending mode, before the bending arm returns, the operator must ensure that the core head is inside the tube, or ensure that the core shaft does not obstruct the bending arm when it returns, to prevent the core head or core rod from being bent or broken.
